The Mullan Road Elementary is located on a 14.3 acre site on the south side of town on E. 63rd Ave. just west of Regal St. The site is located outside the city limits and Spokane County is the jurisdiction having review authority. Today, Mullan Road serves approximately 500 students in grades K-6. The project will add to the existing 2 story prototypical building, an approximately 12,000 square foot new addition.
