Work has been underway at the Ephrata Armory Readiness Center since October 2015. This project consists of removing and replacing the existing ply roof with a new KEE roof. Remove and replace the existing HVAC unit with a new HVAC and ductwork, exhaust fans, and split systems heat pumps. It also includes the upgrading of the existing HVAC building automation system. Construction work is scheduled to be completed in January of 2016.
