Work started July of 2015 on the new Maintenance Building for North Franklin School District No. 51 located in Connell Washington. The site is located south of the existing livestock facility at the southwest corner of the Connell High School property. This building is an approximately 10,000-square-foot, pre-engineered metal structure to facilitate bus maintenance, parking, fueling, and repairs along with office space. The project has an anticipated completion date of January 2016.
